The completed acquisition provides Highway 89, LLC the technology network platform that allocates broadband usage at each individual property and residence, ensuring super-fast Internet speeds, with higher customer satisfaction. Highway 89, LLC will scale this network platform in support of the subscriber marketing and acquisition plan.

The inspiration for Highway 89, LLC is U.S. Highway 89, the backbone of the Rocky Mountain West. The highway runs through seven National Parks, fourteen National Monuments, and three Heritage Areas all on one road—U.S. Route 89. Meandering from Canada to Mexico through Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, the journey ends in Arizona. Highway 89 also connects our two acquisition companies in Arizona and Utah, and supports the spirit of our company and the primary markets of our business plan.
